Il servizio consente al personale tecnico-amministrativo di richiedere assistenza informatica.
La richiesta è gestita mediante un sistema di ticket. L’utente può richiedere varie tipologie di assistenza, ad esempio per postazioni di lavoro, rete dati, telefonia, ecc.
Il ticket tiene traccia della richiesta mediante un identificativo univoco, che ne permette la consultazione al richiedente e la chiusura al personale che fornisce assistenza.
L'accesso al servizio è riservato agli utenti connessi alla rete di Ateneo.
Per richiedere assistenza dall'esterno della Rete di Ateneo è necessario inviare una mail a suput@strutture.univaq.it
