The Ombudsperson is available for university students to inform them of their rights and assist them in resolving issues and grievances within the university. The Ombudsperson may request to review official documents or ask university offices for clarifications regarding the complaint at hand.
The Ombudsperson reports cases directly to the Rector and students who present complaints are guaranteed confidentiality, thus their names or any other identifying factors are not specified within administrative documents. The Ombudsperson may also bring to the attention of the Academic Senate issues or decisions which would improve the quality of student life on campus.
